Cult Gaia, known for its sculptural designs and statement accessories, is expanding into beauty with the launch of its first fragrance collection. The Los Angeles-based brand introduces three scents—Mast, Zan, and Noor—each priced at $228. These fragrances, housed in arch-shaped bottles, reflect the brand's artistic and architectural approach, blending bold notes like orange blossom, cedarwood, and rose.
Founder Jasmin Larian Hekmat describes the move as a natural extension of Cult Gaia’s evolution from a fashion brand into a lifestyle label. The fragrances, inspired by Hekmat’s Iranian heritage, are named after Farsi words for "intoxication," "woman," and "light." Sold exclusively in-store and online, the collection is positioned to be both a sensory and visual statement.
Cult Gaia's entry into fragrance comes at a time when the prestige fragrance market is thriving. With a growing retail presence and a loyal customer base, the brand is poised to make its mark in beauty. For Hekmat, scent, like fashion, is a way to create lasting memories. "I wanted to create something memorable, just like our designs," she says.
With this new venture, Cult Gaia is once again proving its ability to blend art and function, offering customers a new way to experience the brand.
